Because we recently went to Iceland, we want to share with you one of our dishes that you will find in our menu, the cod omelette. A typical dish from our kitchen, egg omelette with one of the best-known products in this country, the cod. A traditional recipe, simple and healthy of our cuisine.

INGREDIENTS

  • Cracked cod already desalinated
  • Sweet onion
  • Green pepper
  • Garlic
  • Eggs (two per person)
  • Extra virgin olive oil

PREPARATION

  1. Saute the garlic with the onion together
  2. When all is fried, add the sliced cod
  3. Let the whole set soothe until there is a dough attached
  4. Mix the result with eggs previously beaten in a bowl
  5. Add the set to the pan with little oil and finish cooking the omelette

TIP

The cod can both be bought salted and prepared by yourself or already desalinated in the store.
